  7. What is the Leadership Cohort Application Process and Timeline? The applications asks for your motivations for joining the LCE. We encourage you to be genuine and take some time to convey your thoughts.

  8. What do we look for in applicants? • There are only 2 simple requirements to participate in LCE: • Be genuinely interested in personal leadership development • Show a serious commitment to attend and to actively participate in the LCE sessions and post-discussion reflection & action
