Group-Term Life Group-Term Life benefit is twice your annual compensation Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Income protection if you are not able to work for a period of time due to sickness or injury not related to your job Critical Illness 100% Voluntary Pay a premium for coverage. Upon diagnosis or critical illness, a lump sum cash benefit may be paid.
401K Retirement Plan You are eligible to participate with no waiting period if 18 or older. You must be employed on the final day of the last pay period of the calendar year to qualify for the company match which is 100% vested upon deposit into your account. Pension Plan All contributions to the pension plan are made by National Guardian Life. Automatically enrolled 1st of the month following hire date or attainment of age 21. Employees are vested after five years of credited service (1,000 hours per year). Vested employees may receive a monthly benefit amount upon normal retirement ageor a reduced benefit as early as age 60.
EAP The EAP is a free, confidential resource for employees and their family members. Services offered include: Lifestyle coaching Counseling Work/life balance Healthy living resources Financial and legal consultation. Senior Care Services Senior care services provide professional consultation with a geriatric care manager who is able to provide assistance, support, and resources.
Travel Accident This coverage will provide you with 24/7 protection while traveling on authorized business for the Company. Identity Theft Personal identity theft insurance may provide reimbursement of lost wages, legal fees, and other costs associated with a stolen identity event.

Discretionary Bonus NGL recognizes employees who have made positive contributions to their department, a project, or for any above and beyond performance.
Incentive Compensation Plan Designed to promote the best interests of the company by rewarding and motivating employees for results and accomplishments through a monetary bonus. The Plan is based on year end results of sales and profit. Service Awards Employees are awarded a gift on their 5, 10, 20, 25, 35, and 40th year anniversary of NGL employment For the 15th , 30th and 45th year anniversary, the employee receives two months of additional pay
Tuition Reimbursement NGL will reimburse employees for courses related to the employee's current job, and courses designed to obtain a degree, which will add value to the company. LOMA – Industry Education NGL supports the LOMA educational programs by purchasing textbooks and study materials, providing study time at work and paying exam fees. Bonuses are paid for the various levels of achievement. Professional Designation Bonus Rewards employees for achieving job-related professional designations
Giving Hours Employees may take time from work for volunteer activities. Hourly employees receive 8 hours per calendar year. Salaried employees may take time without impacting their normal salary. Matching Gifts Program NGL will match (at least $25), dollar for dollar, each eligible employee’s contributions to a qualified nonprofit organization, up to a maximum of $2,000 on a calendar year basis. Employee Product Discount Plan NGL offers an Employee Product Discount Plan on some product lines to qualifying employees. Product lines include the Final Expense product sold through Settlers Life and the Asset Guard products sold through National Guardian Life.
