  2. B20: State-Reported Data are Timely and Accurate • AEA 10 = 100%

Indicators Considered in Making AEA Determinations • B9 – Disproportionate representation of racial and ethnic groups in special education and related services that is the result of inappropriate identification • B11 – Percent of evaluations completed within 60 days of receiving parental consent for initial evaluation • B12 – Percent of children referred by Part C prior to age three, who are found eligible for Part B, and who have an IEP developed and implemented by their third birthday

  4. Indicators Considered in Making AEA Determinations • B13 – Percent of students with IEPs age 16 and above with measurable, annual IEP goals and transition services that will reasonably enable the student to meet post-secondary goals • B15 – Percent of procedural noncompliance corrected within one year of identification • B20 – Percent of data reported that is timely and accurate
