Single Cascadable Application System Cascading occurs before interview based on application form score Applicants interviewed by their top ranked LETB that has interview capacity for them Appointable candidates for whom there is no post in the LETB that interviews go into national clearing and are not cascaded to their next choice LETB

Structure of the Interview Different for different specialities, but typically, three or more of: • CV and portfolio station (evidence folder) • Presentation station • Skills and knowledge station • Communication and ethics station Academic: usually a single panel (also have to apply through national recruitment)
