  2. Select Option 25 and the following screen returns….

  3. On this screen, you can enter your first split by selecting the week number...

  4. The system will indicate how the bids were entered. This is the key for the codes. This is where you claim your single weeks, if you desire to.

  5. After entering in desired weeks, you can then designate which weeks will be single days. In this example the last week is designated into single days. After you have made your choices you then select F5 to update.

  6. In this example the employee has claimed 3 weeks to be set as single days. After selecting F5 to update, select F12 to enter next split.

  7. After selecting F12, you will then enter the second split.

  8. You can review your choices and change them until the close of the Vacation Bid Period, which is located at the top of this screen.
