The aims of the adaptation week projects are • to create opportunities for each young person to participate in targeted, meaningful activities for development of social and collaboration skills regardless of their previous experience • to promote preventive work with young people from social risk groups, healthy lifestyle and their integration into society, • broaden the horizons of young people, to promote interest in positive, constructive ways of pastime. PROJECT “INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, COLLABORATE!” • 2015 -2017 • Nordplus Junior • SEDAsupporting funding • Partner countries: Estonia, Lithuania, Finland • The goal: to promote cooperation of the Baltic Sea region countries in the field of education. The project is intended to develop innovative methodological materials for the work with young people from social risk groups Project No. 2015-1-LVO2-KA205-000609

PROJECT “BY LEARNING YOU WILL TEACH, BY TEACHING YOU WILL LEARN” • 2015 – 2017 • Partner countries: Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal, Macedonia, Hungary • The goal: to improve and intensify the work of schools or other educational institutions’ student self-government with young people, thus increasing the capacity and work efficiency of student self-government and reducing the risk of early school leaving.
