This seminar series, organized by the ESRC, focuses on Learning from Incidents (LFI) within organizations to enhance safety and prevent future negative events. Featuring esteemed scholars and practitioners from various fields, the seminars explore the gaps in current disciplinary perspectives, methodological approaches, and the integration of research and practice. Through keynotes, group work, and collaborative discussions, attendees aim to develop a robust research and development roadmap that addresses theory, methodology, policy, and practice in occupational safety and learning.
