  6. A day in the life of an ILC teacher… I am a high school science teacher who coteachesa 4 week Design Elements course with a math teacher. After teaching 2 morning seminars, I coplan with staff to ensure that our integrated curriculum is responsive to the real-world needs of my students, some of whom I have will work with throughout their entire high school career. My students spend some of their school day learning from professional partners in the community. Our school community designs the school day and yearly course content to ensure that all students get the foundational courses that they need, plus have the flexible schedule to complete community internships.
