12. R&D Projects • 40 R&D projects have been labelized (Global amount 50 millions €) • 65 SME and 39 laboratories taking part • 13 projects being subsidized sofar • Subsidies : 13 billion €

Provided Services • Building a Club, and developping collective actions • - Creativity and reflexion permanent group (Think tank) • - Convention INPI-Lyon Urban Truck & Bus • Intelligence services (strategic, economic, technology…) • Ecole de l’innovation – Innovation School to develop R&D project with various partners • Collaborative information system (secured Internet workingplateform …) • Regularly organising meeting to allow formal presentation and unformal meetings between members.

14. THINK TANK Main objective - Gather members and bring them to think the future (Prospective vision, club) - Think about the evolution and technology roadmap for the 4 R&D programs The issue - Providing an overview for the issues of the pole - Place these issues in the wider environment (socialogical, economic, …) - Break the short term technology vision Meetings organised all year long - Identify new R&D projets - Building up project teams.
