This project presents an in-depth analysis of exclusive proteins located on chromosome 16, derived from 24 experiments with a 1% false discovery rate (FDR) at the peptide level. A total of 537 proteins and 385 exclusive genes were identified. Notable findings include both the 5 most abundant and less abundant proteins, such as CHD9, CBP, and ALDOA. The study highlights quantitative information pertaining to these proteins and explores the relationship between protein levels and experiment number, providing valuable insights into protein distribution and function on chromosome 16.
