TASK I: SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE WRITERS • The ideal coursebook should: • * meet our institution’s objectives • * make the objectives accessible / visual / tangible for students and teachers (checklists after each unit/module) • * be theme-based, communicative, skills-integrated and production oriented

TASK I: SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE WRITERS • * be a multimedia book (more like a guidebook / reference book linking the objectives to other resources) • * encourage student-centered approach • * promote critical thinking • * focus on study skills and strategies / include reminders / tip boxes throughout
