Leadership Team Activity for SAS Review and Planning • As a leadership team, record results on the SAS Summary Sheet: • Using the Total Scores Report, circle High, Medium or by school domain. • Using the Individual Items Report, list the three major strengths and major areas in need of development • In each system, circle one priority for focusing development activities • Come up with 2 priority focus areas for next school year

  12. School-Wide: This year, 74% of our staff responded that school-wide systems are in place compared to 41% last year! Congratulations! As a result, 60% of our staff feel that it is a low priority this year. This trend is consistent when looking at the following graphs as well……..
