This study investigates the interaction between PABP (Poly(A)-binding protein) and unspliced RNA in the context of Sam68DC. Utilizing various constructs including pcDNA and D28DC, we analyze the binding affinities and implications of these interactions on RNA metabolism. The role of these components in post-transcriptional regulation is explored through immunoprecipitation (IP) assays and the effect of Sam68DC on PABP function. Results reveal significant insights into RNA processing mechanisms, highlighting the importance of these proteins in gene expression modulation.
