  2. Barcodes: Rx, Manifest, Static, Dynamic, Patient What are Doc Import Rules? Time of Day Document context Global Routing Rules When a document comes into DocuTrack, it can be evaluated and routed to specific workflow locations based on certain criteria: Source, Phone Lines, Email Addresses

  3. Will demonstrate: Barcodes, RX, Manifest, Static, Dynamic, Patient Configure Rule based on Refill  Submit Refill include Submission status from the Business Unit settings

  4. Will demonstrate: Barcodes, RX, Manifest, Static, Dynamic, Patient Configure Rule based on Dynamic (no STATIC needed) Replacing the need for a STATIC barcode on forms

  5. Source, Phone Lines, Email Addresses Will demonstrate: Configure Rule based on Sources: North/South (Runs)

  6. Will demonstrate: Time of Day

  7. Global Routing Rules

  8. Rules are evaluated in priority order (most restrictive on top) until a page matches the criteria of a rule Prioritizing/Rule of Thumb • Rule of Thumb: • Barcode rules  General Rules (sources, phone lines, email addresses)  Catch All Rules
