  7. one2one review one2one review draft agendas are automatically created by the system. They comprise all objectives and discussion points created both locally and centrally, which the team leaders curate; and remove items not relevant to the next meeting. Team members agree the agenda and can add items to Any Other Business.

  8. Recording the Conversation Responses to the agenda items can be made by both parties in their separate narrative boxes - in advance of review - by direct entry during the review - or subsequent entry using handwritten notes taken at the meeting using the “Notetaker” template

  9. Meeting Records Meeting records are automatically collated by the system. Mutual agreement as to the accuracy of the content is acknowledged by separate password closure by both parties. Records can be printed off as a PDF and pinned to existing HR systems.

  10. Appraisals The Team leader reviews all Permanent and Timed objectives active during in the review period; selects those that are to form the agenda. Team member receives, discusses and agrees agenda, and both parties work on the response to each agenda item; unseen by the other party. Just before the appraisal review both parties show their comments, and plan for the review. At the review discussion takes place and any agreed amendments to the previous narrative takes place, if necessary.
