  3. Reduce your fat intake • Limit portion sizes ofmeat to 3 oz or the size of a deck of cards • Choose Low fat or fat free dairy products

  4. Eat regularly • Eat within 2 hours of your waking time • Go no longer than 4-5 hours without a Snack or meal

  5. Watch portion sizes carefully

  6. Read labels • “Low fat” and “fat free” are your safest food label descriptors • Look at the number of servings listed on the label.
