  5. JulyJanuary YOUTH EXCHANGE OFFICER In home interview of Host Families Begin communicating with Inbound Students About your club

  9. SeptemberMarch • DISTRICT YE CHAIR • Assist the clubs • in promoting the program • Newspapers – School Assemblies • Club members – Religious Pamphlets • Other organization meeting programs

  18. February August • YOUTH EXCHANGE OFFICER • Receives Inbound application • from DYEC • Receive Host Families Application • In home interviews and background checks for 3rd host families

  19. MarchSeptember • YOUTH EXCHANGE OFFICER • Acquires signatures for • Inbound application paperwork • and returns to their DYEC • DISTRICT YE CHAIR • Completed paperwork and guarantee • form returned to international DYEC

  23. MayNovember DISTRICT YE CHAIR Current OUTBOUND parent support meeting District Conference presentation Inbound & Outbound MANDATORY attendance OUTBOUND STUDENTS Applies for Visa at the Embassy

  24. JuneDecember DISTRICT YE CHAIR Farewell party for Inbound and Outbound YOUTH EXCHANGE OFFICER Farewell program for Inbound at club meeting with all host families INBOUND STUDENTS Returns home
