  1. Shield, Screening & Combination Play • Part • Coach starts with footballs. Player s are separate onto the pitch – you may wish to adjust size of pitch if necessary. • 1v1 In the middle with two GKs and 4 outside players 2 from blue & 2 from red. Coach plays the ball into one of the players to start 1v1 game. Players then have to try and score in opposing goal. • Play continues until a goal is scored. • Rotate players after they have had a turn. • Progression – Attack can play to outside players who can join in the attack to create 2v1 – If the defender wins the ball they can then do the same. 1 3 • Whole • Separate groups into two teams with 2 GKS • Red’s v Blues – normal principles of play.
