  2. Introduction • Erel Property Management OÜ is a company dealing with project management, building- and real estate development since 2001. We have projects located all over Estonia – in Pärnu, Maardu, Rakvere, Narva and Tallinn. We also have experience in operating in foreign countries. • In our work we use higher standards and quality requirements to offer to our clients flexible solutions and high quality. We have a long term professional experience on a very large scale of projects: private houses, apartment buildings, kindergartens, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, multi-functional buildings, etc. • We offer three groups of basic services: real estate development-project management, real estate maintenance service and real estate management: full solution to investors.
