INDICATORS OF PROGRAMME EFFECTIVENESS: • S1 programme curriculum for international standard school teacher education in mathematics and science is available in the first year.
2. The higher education institution winningthe grants: a. Offers an English course for mathematics, biology, physics, and chemistry of at least 4 semester credit units supported by the availability of effective learning/teaching materials and ICT-based learning media.
Offers a curriculum analysis course for mathematics, biology, physics, and chemistry for international standard Junior and Senior High Schools of at least 4 semester credit units supported by the availability of effective learning materials. • Offers a course of Mathematics or Science Instruction in English of at least 4 semester credit units.
3. Offers at least two subject matter courses of which medium of instruction is English supported by the availability of learning/teaching materials, Learning Activity Units, and learning evaluation instruments in English for each batch, each study programme, and each semester.
4. Establishes cooperation with an overseas higher education institution with a good reputation in teacher education development by the end of the third year. 5. 6. Manages to produce graduates who possess professional, pedagogical, social, and personality competencies with, among others, the following main indicators: a. capable of designing syllabuses, lesson plans, and learning materials of mathematics and science in English,
b. capable of carrying out student-centredteaching and learning process with English as the medium of instruction, c. capable of using ICT-based media and learning resources in the teaching and learning process,
capable of designing evaluation instruments satisfying the requirements of the National Examination, the final evaluation of ISSs, the state university entrance test, and the international certifications, and e. possessing a TOEFL score of 500 at the minimum at the end of their study.
