  2. Information Maroon 5 are a American band, that formed in Los Angeles. While in High School, they formed their early band. Kara’s flowers, it consisted of Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Michael Madden and Matt Flynn.They released one album under the band name of Kara’s Flowers. Yet it was unsuccessful and reformed years later to become Maroon 5. When younger, lead singer Adam Levine attended a musical camp and met best friend and guitarist. This lead to their formation as a simple garage band, that evidently turned into much, much more. They are now a successful (that’s an understatement) band, they are known by many generations. Hopefully they will stay together.

  3. Influences Adam Levine, the composer of Maroon 5’s music, at the age of six scored the winning shot in his basketball game and decided that he wanted to be successful. He was influenced by his family to become a person of proper Jewish providence, yet he decided against it to expand his spiritual horizons. These things may have influenced his song writing ability and what he wrote about.

Collaborations Maroon 5 collaborated with such people as; Kanye West (Heard em’ say), Natasha Bedingfield (Say it again), K’nann (Bang bang), Rihanna ( If I never see your face again), Gym Class Heroes (Stereo Hearts), Christina Aguilera (Moves like Jagger) PJ Morton (Is there anybody out there).

  6. Maroon 5’s first album under the band name Kara’s Flowers was released in 1997 and was titled “The Fourth World”. Their most successful song from this album was ‘Soap Disco.’ Discography and music Then in 2002 they released their first album as Maroon 5 and second album total, “Songs about Jane”. Their most well known songs as a band came from this album ‘This Love’ ‘She will be loved’ and ‘Sunday Morning’ Their third album, “It won’t be soon before long”, was released in 2007. With the songs ‘Makes me wonder’ and ‘If I never see your face again’ Featuring Rihanna Then in 2010 their latest album, “Hands All Over”, was released. Including one of the most popular songs on 2010 ‘Misery’

Music analysis Every song that has been released by Maroon 5, has been under the “Verse Chorus, Verse Chorus, Bridge Chorus” format.Although it differs with featuring artists, such as ‘If I never see your face again” that features Rihanna with the band. This Love, Structure: VCVCBC Instruments: voice, percussion, Bass guitar and electric guitar. Mood: upbeat, strong and blazing. Makes me wonder Structure: VCVCBC Instruments: guitar electric, bass guitar, voice and percussion. Mood: Funky, futuristic and percussive.
