  3. Halloween je anglosaský lidový svátek, který se slaví 31. října. Děti se oblékají do strašidelných kostýmů a chodí od domu k domu a „koledují“ o sladkosti. • Svátek se slaví většinou v anglicky mluvících zemích, převážně v USA, Kanadě, Velké Británii, Irsku, Austrálii, Novém Zélandu. In turn, as part ofAmerican pop culture, Halloween has spread in popularity to most cornersoftheEnglishspeaking western world, andincreasinglyinto Western Europe in recenttimes • Halloween začal jako starověký keltský festival ve Velké Británii a Irsku, a přežil nejsilněji v irské, skotské a velšské společnosti. Přistěhovalci z těchto zemí přinesli tyto tradice do Severní Ameriky, kde získaly na popularitě. Na druhé straně, v rámci americké kultury se Halloween  rozšířil   do většiny koutů anglicky mluvícího západního světa a stále více v poslední době  do západní Evropy celkem Halloween
