Advanced Ontology Management and Topic Maps Generator Tool Development

The project focuses on developing an authoring tool for XTM files leveraging the TM4J API. It features a SOAP interface to facilitate the integration between ontologies and other REGNET modules. Current work includes enhancing the SOAP interface for synchronizing multiple ontologies and implementing user authentication for improved security across the TMG tool and Ontology-SOAP classes. Efforts are also underway for the preparation of final user and programmer manuals, ensuring comprehensive documentation for effective tool utilization.
