  5. . What else is in the Annual Report? • Facts and figures • Projects in Bromley that we are proud of: • Work with hospitals to improve experience when you go to hospital • Go4it project

  6. . What else is in the Annual Report 2? • More projects in Bromley that we are proud of: • Johnson Court – for young adults • Thyme Out Two • Changes to children and young people services

  7. How was the report put together and agreed? • Information from the Council and PCT. • Information from Mencap, Advocacy4All and Shaw Trust. • Meeting of co-chairs and carer and service user representatives. • Signing the report.

  8. What happens now? • All the reports are put on the internet for people to see • A report is written comparing what is happening in different areas of the country.

  9. Is it in easy read? • It isn’t! • We complained about this when we sent the report in. • We also said it needs to print out bigger – we had trouble reading it!
