Training/Programs Implemented • The District conducts training of all students and staff on an annual basis for HIB. • Counseling on appropriate behavior, tolerance and respect was provided for children in all substantiated cases. • In some cases, schedules were changed to minimize interactions between the harasser and targeted pupil.

  12. All cases are given unique identification codes to ensure confidentiality. Reflected in executive session minutes

  13. The majority representative of the school employees have access monthly to the number and disposition of all reported acts of school violence, vandalism and HIB through attendance at BOE meetings and through Union leadership.

  14. The district is awaiting further guidance form the Department of Education regarding the following aspects of the report: • period reporting (Requirement 19.b.iv) • HIB grade for each school and the district (Requirement 19.c., 19.c.i., 19.d. and 19.d.i.)
