  13. Exhibition Objects • CMCC, Te Papa, MV • Module sits between Exhibitions and Catalogue • Allows more info to be stored about an object in a given exhibition • records if the object was accepted/rejected for the exhibition

  16. 2 September 2005 What this means for KE Software • We have made it onto the DMF’s website • Museums looking for a new Collection Management System will know that we are an option.

  17. 2 September 2005 DMF Validation - What’s Next • This is only the start • We are now looking at getting validated for the other 2 DMF standards: • Exports vers Joconde en fonction • (Export to National Data Base) • récolement décennal • (Auditing of the collection every 10 years)

  18. 2 September 2005 Egyptian Collections • National Museum Egyptian Civilisation, Cairo (new - UNESCO funded) • Egyptian Museum, Cairo (2009) • Grand Egyptian Museum, Cairo (EMu is front runner for this project) • Oriental Institute of University of Chicago (new) • University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology (nearly implemented)
