Around the World Objectives: • To recognize different countries • To understand the various customs and traditions of different countries • To appreciate special tourist spots in each country • To be familiar with the various food, clothing and language of different countries
Mechanics • ISM will be divided into 4 major groups which would represent 4 major countries. • MA students will be divided into 4 groups • 4 rooms in MA will represent the 4 chosen countries(Gr1 rm.,Gr2 rm., Library, Playroom)which ISM could decorate to represent the chosen country • Each ISM group have 30 min. to present each country to 4 batches…1st bell (last 10 min) 2nd bell(last 5 min.) 3rd bell(departure) • All 4 MA batches will be able to tour 4 countries in 2 hours • Each Country has an “Immigration Officer” to stamp each student’s passport.
Schedule Dec. 6 - Tuesday • 8:00 – 8:30 Classroom Preparation Distribution of Passports to Students • 8:30 – 10:30 World Tour • 10:30 – 11:30 Snacks (Clean –Up) • 11:30 – MA Classes Resume
Career DayWhat is my “dream job”? Objectives: • To distinguish different professions in various field of endeavor • To stimulate the child’s “dream” profession • To gain more insights about the advantages and disadvantages of each profession.
Mechanics • ISM will be divided into 4 groups representing 4 major areas of profession (ex. Health, Entrepreneurship, Education, Safety and Protection) • MA will be divided into 4 groups • 4 rooms in MA will represent the 4 departments of each profession. • Each ISM group have 30 min. to present to 4 MA batches.

Arts and Crafts Objectives: • To be able to express themselves through arts and crafts. • To enhance the children’s artistic talent.
Mechanics • ISM students will be divided into 2 groups. • MA students will be divided into year levels. • 2 classrooms will be used.
Schedule Dec. 8 - ThursdayFeast Day of the Immaculate Conception • 8:00 – Assembly Time • 8:00-8:15 – Classroom Preparation • 8:15–9:15 - Art Projects • 9:15- 10:00 - Snacks • 10:00 – Clean – Up • 10:15 – Early Dismissal
Talent Show Objectives: • To be able to showcase the musical and artistic talents of both MA and ISM children. • To enhance the children’s self-esteem. • To be able to share their talents to other children. • To learn the value of teamwork.
Mechanics • ISM students will share 4 numbers (dance, song, poem) – individual, duo or group presentation • MA students will also prepare 4 musical numbers
