  2. Transactions Out of Protocol Report • There was a desire by the market to have detail provided relating to the transactions that fall outside of protocol. This is related to the Public Utility Commission of Texas Performance Measures Reporting #24462. • The following is the result of efforts to provide this information by Retail Market Analysis.

  3. Transactions Out of Protocol Report • Data produced by ETS (Electronic Transactions System) • 1 set of data delivered in a batch job. (overnight) • Data is in csv format. • Requested by month for a max three month period. • This will be a manual process performed by Retail Market Analysis using Access and will include visual basic. • Initially email delivery • Can run for 1 Duns number • Implemented January 28, file starts from that point – no resummarization.

Transactions Out of Protocol Report Data Elements CR- Duns number of Competitive Rep involved in the transaction TDSP- Duns number of the TDSP involved in the transactions Business Process- Switch, Move In Transaction Type- Transaction number, ex: 814_04 NAESB In- Date time of the transaction to ERCOT NAESB Out- Date/time of the transactions from ERCOT Global ID- ESI ID and original transaction numbers Hours Outside Protocol- time beyond the protocol time (excludes weekends and holidays) hours and hundredths of an hour
