  5. OBS.!!! 1. interrelaţie Sistemul endocrin, sistermul nervos, sistemul imun. 2. efecte combinate = hormonii se leaga şi de receptorii altor hormoni 3. fenomenul desaturaţie =  hormoni   numarului de receptori  hormoni  numarului de receptori.

  6. B. TESTE INDIRECTE = EFECTELE HORMONILOR

TULBURARILE PROTEINELOR TRANSPORTATOARE •  sintezei/afinitatii proteinelor transportoare =>  hormonii transportati la celule ţinta => efectul hormonilor • sintezei/afinitatii proteinelor transportoare => hormonii totali prin hormonilor legati +hormonii liberi (care determina efectul) => efectul hormonilor

  8. 3. TULBURARILE RECEPTORILOR • numărului/sensibilitatii/anomalii morfo-functionale ale receptorilor =>  efectului hormonilor => liberine, hormoni tropi, hormonii • afinitatea receptorilor => efectul hormonilor

  9. Obs.!!! • În hipo/hipertiroidism dacă  TSH (TSH favorizează dezvoltatea tiroidei) guşa • În hipertiroidism apar autoanticorpi anti-fibre musculare striate ale globului ocular  inflamaţie localăexoftalmie.
