The continuous request of her costumers inspired Rucha to take her talent to another level & serve more people. So, she started hiring girls and women to help her out for the expansion of the business. She hired female workers and provided them with inspiring and open ambience where they can learn and find their hidden talents and can also get some experience of working in a professional atmosphere. She even helped the females in completing their education in a particular field that attracts them the most. Her idea to build her own bakery along with helping women like her, was loved and adored by her customers and they become loyal to her, as well. So far, she has done a lot of work for women empowerment and along with that has created many good employment opportunities for them especially for undermined class of people.
