The report outlines developments from the RS Update Drafting Team, finalized on January 27, 2012, regarding the criteria for adjacent circuits. Key points include the exemption for internal systems, minimum circuit separation requirements, criteria applicability involving 300 kV circuits, and the new approvals by PCC and the Board for implementation by April 2012. Additionally, it addresses coordination efforts with FAC 10/11 and efforts to respond to TSS queries regarding WECC Standard WRS1.2. Comments on the mapping of TPL-001-2 to WECC criteria are due by February 3.
