Premessa 2 In seguito alla ridefinizione del Piano di delivery 2011-2012 ovvero della pianificazione di dettaglio delle installazioni dei nuovi sistemi e funzionalità nei centri postali nel periodo 2011-12, si è reso necessario rivisitare il piano dei corsi di addestramento correlati. Tali corsi – di carattere tecnico-specialistico - sono propedeutici alle seguenti attività: • Presa in consegna dei nuovi sistemi • Avviamento produzione • Gestione della produzione, controllo e miglioramento processi smistamento • Formazione (interna) di conduttori e operatori dei Centri di Meccanizzazione
