  11. F-Gas Regulation Contents: Certification & Training • The European Commission shall establish minimum requirements and mutual recognition for training and certification. (EIF) • Within 1 year of EIF • National training and certification requirements • Within 2 years of EIF • Ensure that companies only take delivery of HFCs where personnel are certified.
