Carlos Alberto Bau was Public Accountant by profession, but his great passion was photography, through which due to the magnificent audio-visual ones, he started to spread the beauties of Mendoza, his native province, where he resided in the zone of Vistalba, Department of Luján of Whose, to about 20 kms. from the capital city. He was taking aerial photos at the age of 57 years when he lost his life, along with pilots Luis Giorgio and Rogelio Noble. It was on Saturday 6 of February 2010, when the small plane in which they traveled, crashed in the slope of a hill, around km.1085 of route 7 in the Fertile valleys, locality of Potrerillos, to about 70 km. to the southwest of the city of Mendoza, a very difficult site. He leaves to us his pleasant, exceptional photos, and the audio-visual ones that he clarified with a dose of philosophy and with likeable stories of his histories of life.
