  3. Essential Questions • What do we want students to know? • How do we know if they know it? • What will we do if they do not know it? • How can we deepen the learning for those who do know it?

  4. S.M.A.R.T. Goals 2010 • Less than 5% of all grades will be below proficiency (C-) • Reduce the number of students needing intervention help by 10% • Increase the number of students who demonstrate proficiency on CRT testing by 3% (Science 83%, Math 82%, English 92%)
