  2. Impasto per Pizza Ingredienti • 1 kg di farina di tipo 0 • 1 cucchiaio raso di sale • 1 cubetto di lievito di birra • 750 ml di acqua

Metodo • Sciogliete in 100ml di acqua tiepida il lievito di birra, mescolando con un cucchiaino. • Aggiungete, poco alla volta, tutta l’acqua e impastate energicamente fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio. • Praticate un’incisione a croce sul panetto di impasto per pizza e fatelo lievitare in una ciotola pulita e coperta da un canovaccio per circa un’ora.
