Be sure that you understand all of the facts, constitutional questions, and decisions! This information will be vital to your performance! Homework: Complete Guidelines for Analyzing a Constitutional Case using YOUR case (Case 1: Rajh Singh or Case 2: Mitchell) • Check in: Precedent Work • Class-work: Complete your “Modified Case Brief” in your teams. Each person is responsible for writing one, however the neatest and most clearly written one in the team will go to the justices of the case. (See Modified Case Brief Handout).
