Myplace Myplace is the Moodle-based learning system at the University of Strathclyde Myplaceis Strathclyde’s teaching and learning website and comprises of web pages that deliver online learning resources and activities designed to enhance learning. The pages may include assessments, online discussion, learning materials (e.g. lecture notes) and class news. All the classes that you are registered for will automatically appear on Myplace if the lecturers have made them visible. Providing integrated communication for learning between students & staff at Strathclyde: • Access to class resources & activities • Assessment submission & feedback • Online discussion & communication • An online learning community
Access How do I access it? Myplace is available online and can be accessed in a number of ways: • By visiting http://myplace.strath.ac.uk • By logging on to PEGASUS– Classes can be found in the Myplace Links column • From the front page of the University website: Students/Staff menu: Online Services
Myplace is… • At heart of Learning & Teaching here at Strathclyde • The most up-to-date learning environment available in Higher Education today • Easy to access, any time, anywhere myplace.strath.ac.uk Not all classes will look the same: your lecturer will decide on the types of activities and resources in your Myplace classes
