Some business case studies • Our first consulting assignment was to create the CSR strategy for a top telecom company in India during their merger stage with an international firm. • Followed by the creation of a financial planning consumer education website for GE Money www.moneybasics.co.uk an initiative that set the trend for other Banks & FIs to emulate. • In partnership with USAID we createdInstitutionalized Training , Employment & Advancement of the Marginalised - (iTEAM) - a livelihood B-school concept to train a blue & rust collared work force for various industry sectors. • This was rolled out in association with various industry chambers and has now become a huge movement with various businesses adopting the model. • This model has now also been adapted by the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) and the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM). Some business case studies • Consulted with a top Indian IT firm to plan their annual general meeting (AGM) in Florida with a green theme and a keynote address by Al Gore on global warming. • Consulted with a UK based Petroleum company, several MNC Telecom, Financial & Insurance companies, Banks , FMCG brands to create a base of pyramid go to market strategy. • Recently engaged with an American Medical Devices company to create a Blue Ocean strategy which would impact the triple bottom-line that is create a positive impact for society & environment while enhancing the financial bottom-line, for the 15 year old company in India. Some business case studies • We have created the CSR & Grant making, Blue Ocean market strategies for some of the top MNC and Indian Blue Chip companies in India which include FMCG Brands, Banks, Insurance Companies, Financial Agencies, Telecom Companies and SMES. • Created various cause related marketing campaigns in association with top global media agencies like Group M, Omnicom, Lintas, Publicis & BBDO. • Campaigns we have designed include the widely publicized Save the Tiger campaign, Anti tobacco public interest movement, Co-branded credit cardsand other ideas. A CSR idea to promote fundamental duties.

Some business case studies • Recently we conducted a 3 day workshop on effective Grant Making and CSR strategy for the UN Global Compact Network members which included 100 + companies including 70 of India’s top Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). • Today Government has made it mandatory for the PSU sector to invest 2% of profits for social impact. This mounts to a sum of approx 5 billion USD annually. • Our have delivered inspirational talks at large gatherings of up to 3000+ people organised by companies for their AGMs and Group meetings and also at conferences World Economic Forum, UN, US Embassy, CII , FICCI, NASSCOM, top Educational Institutes and other bodies. Nonprofits • We work with Nonprofits/ NGOs for the following- Developing a effective Fundraising, Social Marketing & Communications Strategy.- Event Planning & Marketing (Charity events, Knowledge Forums, Round Tables)- Strategic Vision and Mission.- Country Strategy Paper.- Board Formation Policy.- Whistle Blower strategy.- HR/ OD strategy. • We have worked with several INGOs, GONGOs and grassroots NGOs for planning effective & functional strategies along with handholding for implementation. A cause related marketing campaign that won accolades at Cannes and other ad fests.

Learning & Training History • The Learning & Training culture finds it roots in the international community & NGO sector which employed best practices for capacity building of NGO/Community workers by through leadership development for ethical efficient, effective change management, project management, communications, fundraising, team building etc. to achieve maximum impact. • Over the years various modules created by the sector have been adapted to create learning modules like World Café, Appreciative Inquiry for encouraging Leadership & Management Development Programs , visioning & strategic planning exercises, team building and creating efficient managers. • Karma Kurry (an iiA learning & training subsidiary) has invested heavily with human & financial capital in learning from all these modules to create indigenous programs for various training programs as shown in next few slides. Professional Fees • We charge nominal fees as our Professional service charges ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per day. • Consulting with companies/ businesses/ agencies is Rs. 2.5 lakhs for a day’s engagement. • Consulting with Nonprofits is Rs. 1.0 lakh for a day’s engagement. • Lecture modules at Institutions are Rs. 50,000 for a day’s engagement in India and 2.0 lakhs per day overseas.   24. SOAP – Social Outreach Accreditation Program which we are promoting in partnership with Gul Panag. SOAP introduces the concept of CREDITS for the volunteering completed. The single-most unique point and advantage of being a SOAP Volunteer is the CREDITS system. A volunteer can earn SOAP Credits on completion of each project / volunteering work. The Credits get accumulated as each project is completed. A certificate from SOAP can be printed for the CREDITS earned. The Credits earned via SOAP Volunteering will be recognized by registered Colleges, Schools and Corporates. People who get top credits shall be awarded the Karmaveer Chakra.   25. We also pioneered the idea of rehabilitating training sex workers homeless youth for sales Jobs ICICI, CITIBANK, Airtel Kotak Mahindra and others through their DSA. This led to the creation of iTEAM to train school dropouts for jobs in retail, housekeeping, hospitality and other streams . We pioneered the idea and trained blind & differently people to get jobs in Call Centres, Hotels and created a committed proactive workforce to cut out attrition and save on training costs for BPOs.
