Supporting Country Effortsto Mobilize Resources & Implement Programs • WB supports country strategies and programs as basis for relations, non-lending and lending services • WB teams provide/broker targeted assistance of limited scope (e.g., Moldova’s application to GFATM) • WB teams support countries during program implementation, with emphasis on local ownership
