  10. 20FEB2014 CDT Payne Assessment of Completed Trng PT: • Sustain: Company Ruck March • Improve: Everyone showing up in the proper uniform • Recommendations: Regardless of MS level, SL’s need to make sure their squad has been given the information passed down from higher. If a squad member does not reply to a text then the SL needs to call that person. Lab: • Sustain: Time management. • Improve: AAR’s need to be over the whole operation, not singling out the squad leader. • Recommendations: MS IV’s inform everyone before the AAR about not singling out the SL for every lab. Recruiting and Retention: • Sustain: Getting our name out on campus through word of mouth in class and on campus. • Improve: Once we have access to “The Link” we need to put up recruiting events ASAP. • Recommendations: Talk to Kevin Solomon and Aubrey Holt in the student services office located in Doc Bryan to see what locations and times would be best to set up our events. Garrison • Sustain: Preparation for the FTX made for a successful weekend. • Improve: SL’s taking their own attendance for PT. • Recommendation: Stress to whoever is the SL that it is their duty to make sure their cadets show up to all events. Attendance rosters need to be double checked by SL’s to make sure there are no errors. UNCLASSIFIED
