  14. B&M Package B&M Package is a Build & Maintenance program we offer to our clients, who would like to keep enjoying our professional and reliable services. The B&M program is based on two steps: 1. Build the Hospital on a Turn-key bases from scratch to finish 2. Get full responsibility for the maintenance for 5-10 years, leave the medical team to focus on their medical assignments with no regards to the daily functionality of the facility, machines and the complicate systems in the hospital. 3. During the construction period S.A technicians will go through our • “on job” training . • Right from commissioning stage BioCombe “mixed” maintenance team will take • ownership on facility and systems. The team will start running the maintenance • program as per the O&M (Operation & Manual) set by BioCombe and the suppliers. • Twice a year inspections and systems survey will take place and recommendations • report will be sent to the maintenance team to be applied.
