    16. 16 Recommended Army Cyberspace Priorities Future needs should be addressed across the DOTMLPF spectrum Need ONE proponent, 2) Need ONE MDEP, 3) Education and Career Path Development Cyber PM comments - Fix Capability Development and Implementation. Cannot continue on the same path its on today. CapDev must be faster as the cyber threat is dynamic and complex; we cant wait 3 years for every capability. 3 years is two to three generations of some capabilities.
