  3. Mediation in Evictions Cases • Available every day at the Daley Center, 9:00 a.m. until noon; 2:00 until 4:30 • Now available in Bridgeview on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! • Developed in partnership with Judge Jagielski and Judge Hartigan

  4. Why is this important? • Gives litigants a quick alternative to the court process • Gives parties time to explore options and problem-solve • Creates durable and creative agreements • Better preparation for court

  6. Important to Note 30-45 minutes timeframe Free of charge to participants Both pro se and represented clients can participate Mediators DO NOT provide legal advice

  7. How can I access mediation? • Parties and attorneys can request mediation in any courtroom at the Daley Center or in Bridgeview on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings. • At the Daley Center, mediators can be paged: 312-512-0928; enter courtroom number. • Call us! 312-922-6464 x22
