  2. eFECS – Launch Update • Status of quarterly launch • Semi-annual reporters go live in July! • Access • Training • Due dates

  3. Quarterly Launch Update Due date: June 15 • 75% of FECs completed • 25% are still outstanding • MAA contacting departments directly • Feedback/suggestions?

  4. System Access: Astra • 1 FEC Coordinator per Department has been loaded • Departments add additional coordinators via Astra Astra set up instructions: http://f2.washington.edu/fm/efecs/access-and-roles

  5. eFECS TrainingSemi-Annual Reporters • General Training • August 12th and 24th • Seating is limited to 12 per session • Need Astra access PRIOR to training session • Link for training registration is below • Compliance training – June 29, 1:00 – 3:00 • Other learning opportunities can be found at:https://f2.washington.edu/fm/efecs/

  6. eFECS TrainingSemi-Annual Reporters School of Medicine & Dept. of Medicine For SOM: 2-3 targeted sessions being scheduled • Timing: Early August • Times/locations being finalized; look for invite from Julie Reid’s offce For Dept of Medicine: 2 sessions being scheduled • Timing: Early August • Times/locations: Jenn Dickey's office has surveyed participants with proposed times
