This study presents findings on the Chl fluorescence dilution series conducted with the Turner CYCLOPS-7 sensor, focusing specifically on Colored Dissolved Organic Matter (CDOM). The experiments aim to elucidate the relationship between CDOM concentration and fluorescence responses, enhancing our understanding of aquatic environments. By employing the latest Wetlabs FLNTURT technology, we aim to improve the accuracy of CDOM measurement and its implications for water quality assessment and aquatic ecosystem health.
