Blue Card Risk Management Policy and Procedures “With my signature, I certify that I have read and understand the Virginia Commonwealth University Hazing Policy and the Commonwealth of Virginia hazing law. I also agree not to haze and not to tolerate anyone else being hazed and will report any suspicious activity to the appropriate people.” By signing this document you are saying you are aware and understand the hazing policy enforced. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself and know the rules but in simple terms…its illegal and punishable by law.
