  2. P-1 Visas for Athletes Must be Sponsored by Employer or Agent Can be Coming as an Individual or as Part of a Group Must be at an Internationally Recognized Level of Performance

  3. P-1 Visas for Entertainers Must be Sponsored by Employer or Agent Must be a Member of an Entertainment Group Group Must be Internationally Recognized as Outstanding At least 75% of Members of Group must be Part of the Group for at Least One Year
