The plenary report from the January 25th, 2002 meeting outlines key progress in the consolidation of work to date, including the identification of common structures and rules for analysis, all of which have been completed. Refinement of the BIE Schema is also complete, while the development of toolsets and initial analysis is still ongoing. The report discusses the design of XSD for BIEs, various naming rules, and techniques for maintaining coding standards. It highlights issues with the definition of Property Names and outlines the next steps for continued development.
