  5. 595 Express – Project Details Cost • $1.8 Billion, 35-year Concession Agreement (DBFOM) • Only about one third of the design/construction costs ($1.2 Billion) are related to the managed lanes • 5 year Design/Construction Period, 35 year Operations/Maintenance Period • Repayment through Availability Payments Length • 13 Mile Corridor (10.5 miles on I-595, 2.5 miles on Florida’s Turnpike) • from I-75/Sawgrass Expressway Interchange to west of the I-95 Interchangeand Florida’s Turnpike from Griffin Road to Peters Road Status & Schedule • Construction on Schedule for Completion in Early 2014
